New user subscription plan
Please go to the Boutir Plans & Pricing to see the latest available plans.
New users who sign up for Boutir can enjoy a 14-day free trial of the Essential Plan.
After the 14-day trial ends, the store's information will still be saved in the account, but if you need to continue to launch an online store and use the management platform to manage orders, you need to subscribe to a plan to activate it.
You can directly subscribe to the plan via credit card.
Steps:
- From the Boutir CMS, click Upgrade.
- After selecting a plan, enter your credit card information and other required information.
Notes:
- To use other payment methods such as Bank Transfer / Alipay / Wechat Pay / Check / FPS / Payme / XPay, please contact Boutir Customer Service.
- After the subscription is successful, the plan will take effect immediately.
Renewal plan
Instantly renew your contract
If you have a credit card saved for subscription through Apple (IAP) or an online management platform, the subscription will automatically renew on the expiration date.
Inquire about renewal offers
Please contact Boutir Customer Service for assistance with your query.
Note:
- To stop the subscription service, you must cancel it yourself at least three days before the expiration date; otherwise, it will automatically renew, and no refund will be provided.
Upgrade plan
If you need to upgrade your plan, the remaining value of your current plan will be converted into the corresponding number of days for the new plan.
Please contact Boutir Customer Service to confirm the converted number of days before upgrading.
For example:
When upgrading from the Essential Plan (HKD 4,488/year) to the Advanced Plan (HKD 11,888/year), the remaining 3 months of the original Essential Plan will be converted into 1 month of the Advanced Plan. The number of days will be directly added to the new plan subscribed by the merchant after the upgrade.
Unsubscribe
If your store is on a plan that is no longer available, you will not be able to switch back to the original plan after canceling your subscription.
Credit card subscription
Steps:
- From the Boutir CMS, go to Accounts > Accounts & Subscriptions.
- In the Billing section, click Cancel subscripption.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
Apple IAP Subscription
Steps:
- Go to Settings.
- Click [your name].
- Click Subscription Project.
- Select Boutir's service and click Unsubscribe.
