Shipping Cost Calculation

There are two ways to calculate freight: Fixed shipping fee(single shipping rate) and Charge by weight。

• Fixed shipping fee: Charge the same shipping amount on all orders, regardless of order quantity or value.
• Charge by weight: The shipping fee is calculated based on the total weight of the items in the order, and will increase as the weight of the items increases.

Things to note:

• If you choose to charge by weight, please make sure the weight is entered for each item and its options so that the system can correctly calculate shipping costs. For specific operations, please refer to "Product Options—Weight (kg)".

The shipping amount will be displayed on the checkout page and in the shipping method list. You can choose to use one shipping calculation method, or a mix of both.

Set a flat shipping rate (single shipping rate)

1. Log in to the Boutir App and tag "Delivery" in "More".
2. Select "Shipping Method".some text

   • Local delivery/smart cabinet pickup
   • Pick up in store
   • international shipping
3. Tag on the selected shipping method to open "Freight Checkout".
4. Select "Flat Shipping" in the calculation method.
5. Enter a fixed amount in the Shipping fee field.
6. Optional: Enter a description in the Description field.
7. Tag "Save".

Set up charging by weight

step:

1. Log in to the Boutir App and tag "Delivery" in "More".
2. Select "Shipping Method".some text

3. Tag on the selected shipping method to open "Freight Checkout".
4. Select "Charge by weight" in the calculation method.
5. Tag "Add Weight Layer" and enter the amount charged for each weight layer.
6. Extra charges after entering overweight.
7. Optional: Enter a description in the Description field.
8. Tag "Save".

Things to note:

• Shipping costs and instructions are displayed on the checkout page and in the shipping method list.
• If there is no additional charge for overweight, please enter: HKD 0 for every 0 kg over 0 kg.
• Total order weight will be rounded up to the nearest tier.
• To ensure accurate shipping calculations, please enter the correct weight of your item. If no weight is provided, the item will be considered 0 kg.

Set up shipping discounts

You can choose to set a fixed shipping amount to HKD 0, or set up a shipping discount.

Notice: If "Not applicable to shipping discount discounts" is set on the product, the product will not be included in the shipping discount discounts. For specific operations, please refer to "Not applicable to designated discount activities or coupon codes".

4. Tag "Shipping Reduction Offer".

     • Choose whether to turn on "Is there a maximum shipping fee reduction amount for the usage conditions?" to set the "maximum exemption amount"
