Searching, Filtering, and Sorting

All products will be displayed in the Product List on the Products page. By default, 20 items will be shown per page.

To manage the product list or search for a specific product across multiple pages, you can:

1. Search for Products: Enter the product name or barcode in the search bar.
2. Use Barcode Scanning: If you have a compatible barcode scanner, you can directly scan the barcode instead of manually entering the product name or filtering by conditions.

By default, the products in the product list are sorted by their creation date. Keep in mind that the sorting method you choose for the Product List will affect how the products are displayed in your online store.

Search for products

Steps:

1. From the Boutir CMS, go to Products > Product list.
2. Enter the product name or barcode in the Search Field.

Filter products

Steps:

1. From the Boutir CMS, go to Products > Product list.
2. Filter from Price range / Availability / Publish Status / Listing status / Show price and stock / Barcode / Supplier.

Note:

• When you click on a product, the filter conditions will be invalid. You can use "Open link in new tab" instead of clicking on the product directly.

Sort products

Steps:

1. From the Boutir CMS, go to Products > Product list.
2. Select one or more items.
3. Click Action.
4. Select Move to Top / Move to Bottom / Pin to top / Unpin.

• The moved items will appear below the pinned items.
