Facebook Ads

Boutir provides "digital advertising self-service function". Even if merchants do not have time to learn relevant operating skills, they can easily place dynamic audience expansion ads (DABA) (hereinafter referred to as audience expansion ads) and remarketing dynamic ads (DPA, Dynamic Product Ad) on Facebook. ) (hereinafter referred to as remarketing ads), you can also view ad performance directly in the application.

Before placing ads, merchants must meet the following requirements:

Create a Facebook page for your online store

Facebook page with at least 20 likes and 5 posts

There are at least 5 products placed in the online store. If there are less than 5 products, the advertisement will not be successfully placed. Each product must have at least 3 photos (this is also an advertising image)

Create and connect all your Facebook properties with Facebook Extension


Write advertising copy, decide advertising budget, promotion dates and target customer groups

Ad Types & Charges

Audience Expansion Ads - Ability to reach a large audience interested in similar products

Remarketing ads - Based on the data obtained by the Facebook pixel on the website, promote products of interest to users who have viewed products in the past, or have added products to their shopping carts but have not completed the purchase.

In other words, remarketing dynamic ads are targeted at audiences who have visited online stores and are even interested in merchant products, while audience expansion dynamic ads can help merchants develop new customer sources.

Merchants can currently use funds (funding system tutorial) to place Facebook ads. Please note that Boutirwill charge a 15% service fee based on your advertising budget.

Facebook only charges you for the clicks or impressions your ad receives, so once the ad ends, the used funds will be deducted and the remaining unused funds will be refunded to the merchant account.

When you place an ad, the system will reserve the necessary funds for your ad based on the time your ad will run.

Situation 1: You set the time for the advertisement to be published, such as one week.

The system will reserve the funds required for the publishing period (advertising budget and 15% service fee) in one go

Situation 2: You choose to start immediately and do not set the end time of the advertisement until you stop the advertisement yourself.

The system will reserve the funds needed for the day and the next day every day (advertising budget and 15% service fee)

*On the first and second days after the advertisement ends, the fees and service fees for the last day of advertising will be charged, which does not mean that the advertisement is still being published.

Facebook Pixels

The Facebook Business Extension is a powerful tool designed to help e-commerce companies manage their online stores more efficiently. Through this extension, you can easily integrate your store with Facebook's business management platform, fan pages, advertising accounts, and Facebook pixels, eliminating the tedious process of repeatedly uploading products and ensuring the consistency of all data.

If you need to publish Facebook ads through Boutir, you need to bind the Facebook Business Extension Kit.

The extension connects your store to Facebook Business Manager and its associated property accounts. It should be noted that according to Facebook's connection restrictions, you must manage assets through the enterprise management platform, and you cannot directly select the pixels and ad accounts of your personal account. Therefore, it is recommended that you confirm the asset permissions you have before enabling the extension.

On this page, please confirm whether the corresponding Facebook page, IG profile, product catalog, etc. are selected.

If you bind a commercial extension package through Boutir for the first time, the system will help you create a dedicated Boutir directory and Meta pixel.

Please wait 30 seconds after binding, and then press the upper right corner to refresh. The merchant's Facebook information will be displayed, including: exclusive Boutir's Meta pixel number, page ID, etc. If the data does not appear, please bind again.

*It is recommended to use the web management platform, the setting process will be smoother

Press Settings/Edit (it is recommended to use the same browser and log in to an account with page permissions on Facebook first)

If you bind a commercial expansion package through Boutir for the first time, the system will help you create a dedicated Boutir directory and Meta pixel.

Complete the creation of Boutir's exclusive Facebook pixel, which will be triggered whenever a user takes an action on your website. Actions a user may take include: adding items to the shopping cart, or purchasing items. The pixel collects information about these actions (called "events") and sends it to the Facebook Pixel page in the event management tool. Here you can see the actions your customers took and re-engage them with Facebook ads in the future.

Things to note

Before using the Facebook extension, please confirm your personal account and its asset permissions in Business Manager. Here are the key points to confirm:

Enterprise Management Platform "Relevant Personnel"

•⁠ ⁠Make sure you have "Admin" access to your Facebook account. (Check your Facebook Fan Page role or administrative permissions)

Fan page

•⁠ ⁠Confirm that your account is listed as an administrator in the "Related People" of the fan page.

•⁠ ⁠The "owner" of the fan page must be the enterprise management platform you choose, and must have been an administrator for more than 7 days to have full permissions.

advertising account

•⁠ ⁠Make sure your account is listed as an administrator in the "People" list of your ad account.

•⁠ ⁠Only platform-specific advertising accounts can be selected, shared accounts cannot be selected.

•⁠ ⁠Confirm that your account is an administrator in the "Related Persons" list of the directory and has the same permissions as the selected fan page (business account).

Pixel

•⁠ ⁠Make sure your pixel is in the "Relevant" list and the "Linked Asset" is linked to the ad account used and is a platform-specific pixel number.

Before installing the package, please check the assets and account permissions under the enterprise management platform. If your account is suspended or blocked by Facebook, please file an appeal in accordance with Facebook's official policies. Only after approval can you use the assets normally.

Due to the strict asset connection permissions of the suite, some assets can only be selected from accounts and pixels exclusive to the platform. If you encounter permission issues, it is recommended to contact Facebook directly to inquire and select assets managed by the company itself to avoid future permission transfer issues.

Facebook Chatbot

Meta Business Suite’s autoresponders let you manage your business’s messaging on Facebook and Instagram. This feature helps you stay organized, reach more potential customers, and build strong relationships with people who interact with your business's Facebook Fan Page and Instagram account.

It is recommended to use a computer to perform the following settings

1. Go to the PC version of the management platform account > Tools > Facebook Store

2. Click "Settings/Edit" to authorize the store to set/edit the Facebook pixel, store and directory

3. Please make sure to select the correct page and other accounts at the end, then click Continue

4. Use the account that was just bound to BOUTIR, log in to the Facebook Business Extension Suite, and go to the inbox

5. Disable the upper right icon to enter the "Auto-reply" setting

6. You can enable different types of automatic reply settings according to your needs:


Instant Reply - Reply to the first message someone sends you on Messenger or Instagram. You can customize your message to say hello, provide more information, or let you know when a response is likely.

Offline auto-reply messages - Send messages when you're offline. Update the status to "Away" in your inbox, or schedule a weekly offline time in the "Time" section to turn on automatic replies to offline messages. You can customize your message to let users know how long you will be offline and when you will respond.

Identify unanswered messages - Identify customers who are waiting for a reply so you don't forget to reply. Create automations that mark messages as unread, track them, and label messages that you haven't responded to after a certain amount of time.

Custom Keywords - Send an automatic reply when a message contains specific keywords. For example, when you receive a message containing the word "special offer," you can send an automatic reply with information about the latest special offer.

Contact Information - Reply to a message asking for contact information. You can customize your message to include additional contact information, such as a WhatsApp phone number or an Instagram link. This auto-reply can only be sent via Messenger.

Hours of Operation - Reply to a message asking for your hours of operation. You can customize your message to include additional information, such as your latest vacation time. This auto-reply can only be sent via Messenger.

Location - Reply to a message asking for your business's location. You can customize your message to include additional information about your store, such as parking or public transportation options. This auto-reply can only be sent via Messenger.

Leave a comment to send a message - Reply to a comment on your fan page that contains a specific hashtag. This auto-reply can only be sent via Messenger.

7. After completing the settings, you can use the automatic reply settings menu to check the existing automatic replies. You can turn on or off all types of replies at the same time.
