Google Merchant Center
"Google Merchant Center" provides merchants with the ability to add "products they want to sell (product catalog)", unified management of product catalogs, and product performance data analysis.
After uploading the product, Google will help the merchant list the product on "Google Shopping" for free. When potential customers search on "Google Shopping", Google will display the product image, product name, product specifications, shipping and other information in front of the customer. , bringing sales opportunities to merchants.
When merchants set up "Google Ads" ads, they can select the "Product Catalog" in "Google Merchant Center" for advertising, which is the so-called "Google Shopping Ads."
How to set up Google Merchant Center through Boutir
1. Open the Boutir app and click "Set up Google Merchant Center"
2. Click "Set up now"
3. Please read our reminder carefully to avoid uploading illegal products that are prohibited by Google Shopping ads and click "Continue"
4. Please check whether you have completed the following tasks:
Add Shipping Methods with Shipping Fees and Rates
Add a valid payment provider (excluding bank transfers and cash payments)
Add a return and refund policy (*if you don’t have any policy, please provide reasons)
Add contact information (including phone number and email address)
Add contact information for verification (including phone number and business address)
If it is incomplete, please click one by one
5. After clicking "Add Returns and Refund Policy" you can choose one of our templates to help you complete the task. If you select "Blank", please enter the relevant text of the policy yourself
6. If you want to use a template, click Select Template. Afterwards, you can edit the text. Then click "Save"
7. Click "Add Contact Information (Phone, Email)" > "Get Started"
Note: Once you confirm and save the information, the contact information will automatically be displayed on your store for customer reference
8. Please click "Save" after entering your phone number and email address
9. Please click "Add verification information (phone, address)" > "Start"
Note: When issues such as payment, order, refund, copyright, etc. arise, Boutir will contact you by phone to follow up the case.
10. Enter your username, business address and phone number > click "Save"
11. After completing all tasks, click "Next"
12. Tap "Connect with Google" and sign in to the Google Account associated with your store
13. You can change the language options. If you choose English, your product will only be visible to people who have English set as their internet browser language. After that, click on "Create New Account"
14. When you see the screenshot below, it means that Boutir is now creating your Google Merchant Center account and Ads account
15. Please click "Verify Now" to verify your phone number
16. After entering the verification code, please click "Verify"
17. When you see the screenshot below, it means that your account and phone number have been created and verified respectively. Google will begin reviewing your account and product information

How do I set up Google Smart Shopping Ads?
Note: Ads placed through Boutir will be charged a 15% service fee
1. Open the Boutir app and click "Promote"
After making sure you have enough funds, click "Add" under "GOOGLE Shopping Ads"
2. Select the desired product (it is recommended to select all products for best results)
In order to maximize advertising efficiency, it is recommended that the online store have at least 50 products
If the number of projects is small, it is recommended that merchants promote all projects
3. Click on the pencil illustration of "Ad Name"
4. Enter the ad name and click "Finish"
Note: The name of the advertisement is only for the merchant's internal records and will not be displayed on the advertisement.
5. After confirming the ad name and product selection (or product group), click "Continue"
6. Click "Set up now" under "Haven't set budget and ad duration yet?"
7. Set a start and end date for your ad (*minimum 1 month)
Enter a daily budget for your ads (*recommended to be at least HKD $50) and click "Done"
8. Click "Set up now" under "Don't set a bid budget yet?"
9. Select "Maximize conversion value"
If necessary, you can set a "Target Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)" and click "Done"
Note: If the merchant has no experience in running Google ads, it is recommended not to set a "target return on ad spend (ROAS)" to avoid reducing the conversion value and affecting the advertising effect.
10. After confirming all ad settings, click "Confirm Arrangement"
Note: Once your ads are running, we strongly recommend that you do not make any changes as this may affect the effectiveness of your ads and Google's data collection
11. Google will check your ads
If approved, you should run your ad for at least 1 month to help you better understand its performance
12. You can click "View Performance" under "Promote" to learn more about the status of related Google ads.
Google Analytic
The data analysis tool provided by Google. When a merchant installs GA's tracking code on an online store, GA can record every move of a customer on the webpage, such as which products they browsed, how long they stayed on the store page, etc., which helps the merchant plan sales. strategies, review the effectiveness of promotional activities, etc.
I have never used GA, how can I use GA4 to record and analyze website data?
1. Log in to your Google account, go to analytics.google.com, and click "Start Measurement"
2. Enter the account name on the "Account Settings" page. The name can be your name or the name of the online store, as long as you can recognize it; click "Next" when completed.
3. The system will create GA4 resources by default. Please enter the resource name in "Resource Settings" and then select the report time zone and currency. You can later modify the details of these resources in "Management". After completing the settings, please click "Next"
4. According to the business situation, select the corresponding industry category, merchant size and GA4 purpose in "Provide Merchant Related Information", and then click "Create"
5. Select your location in the upper left corner of the page, accept the relevant Google Analytics Terms of Service, and click "I Accept"
6. After creating an account and GA4 resources, please click "Internet" on the following page (i.e. "Data Streaming" under "Settings > "Data")
7. Enter your website address and stream name, then click "Create Stream"
8. After creating the stream, please click the button in the red column in the picture to copy the evaluation ID
How to install GA4 to Boutir.com?
1. Open the Boutir app and check "Join Google Analytics" on the "Web Store" page
2. Paste the "Evaluation ID" you copied into "Google Analytics ID" and click Save
Google Tag Manager
Google Tag Manager helps you simplify the process of managing and deploying tracking code and website code for data analysis, advertising and other marketing purposes. Now the Boutir management platform can easily bind your GTM account, making it easier for you to coordinate different programs to monitor different data.
How to get Google Tag Manager ID (Register)
Browse https://tagmanager.google.com/, log in to the merchant's Google account, and click Create Account (GTM Account).
Enter the store name and region
