Open payment method
step:
- Log in Boutir CMS, click the "Settings" page and select "Store Settings".
- Click "Manage" under the payment method.
- Optional:
- Deadline for completing transaction (days)
- Remarks (recommended to be used to fill in the matters that customers need to pay attention to when making payment)
- Set surcharge
Things to note:
- A "Manage" button will appear for successfully connected payment methods.
- After successfully opening a payment method, customers can immediately select the payment method for checkout.
- You can check whether the connection is successful through "Payment Methods" in the store.
- After successfully connecting a payment method, you can start managing it.
Deactivate payment method
step:
- Log in Boutir CMS, click the "Settings" page and select "Store Settings".
- Click "Manage" under the payment method.
- Click "Disconnect".
Things to note:
- After confirming the disconnection, this payment method will be deleted immediately, and your customers will no longer be able to choose this payment method.
- If you have unpaid orders, customers will not be able to pay after you disconnect them.
Manual payment method
Some customers don't want to go through online checkout. You can use "Paid Orders" to process orders for them. You can arrange to receive payment in the most convenient way for them, such as them paying you directly through Payme.
Add paid order
step:
- Log in Boutir CMS, click "Paid" in "Order".
- Click "Add Paid Order".
- Search for existing members or add customer information.
- Click "Add" to add products
- Fill in the customer's shipping address and related information.
If necessary, fill in the following notes:
- Customer notes (this note will be displayed in the order email)
- Remarks (customers will not see this remark)
- Order source
- Payment remarks
- Check the total payment amount.
If necessary, the amount can be changed manually.
- Click "Create Order".
Things to note:
- You can send orders to customers through "Notify Customers".
- Removal of products: Even if the product has been removed from the shelves, it can still be added to the paid order.
- Inventory adjustment: If the product is out of stock, you need to adjust the inventory quantity on the product page first.
- Copy order: When using copy order, please check whether the order content is correct.

- After filling in the relevant information, tap "Confirm".
