tracking code
A tracking code is a unique code assigned to a package when it is handed over to the carrier and booked for shipping.
With ShipAny logistics automation, tracking codes are automatically generated and added to the order.
*The tracking code will be calculated at HKD 2 per order after it is used.
If you are not using ShipAny logistics automation, you can add tracking codes to your orders yourself.

- Log in Boutir CMS, click "Paid" in "Order".
- Select order.
- In the shipping details of "Waybill", click "Edit".
- Fill in the tracking code in Tracking code and click "Save".

- Click the "pen icon" next to the tracking code and fill in the tracking code.
- Click the "Save icon".
Things to note:
- Once the order is completed, tracking codes cannot be added or edited.
- You cannot edit tracking codes automatically generated by ShipAny.
Shipping label
If you want to use delivery options such as smart locker, international delivery or Hong Kong Post self-pickup service, you need to fill in the waybill to facilitate delivery. The consignment note will be attached to the packaging material of the shipment, and the freight forwarder will use the above information to ensure that the shipment is delivered correctly.
The following information is usually required:
- Recipient name
- Recipient address
- Recipient phone number
- Sender address
- Barcode, etc.
The consignment label must be affixed to the package before the shipment is handed over to the freight carrier.
If you use ShipAny's logistics automation service, the system will automatically fill in the shipping order based on the information provided. If you do not use this service, you need to go to the delivery company to fill in the consignment form yourself.

ShipAny Logistics Automation
Logistics automation can simplify the procedures for merchants to deal with the services of different logistics companies, and provide functions such as automatic generation of logistics waybills and logistics delivery tracking.
Merchants do not need to apply for an additional account to use ShipAny's services, as long as they enable the service when setting the logistics method.

ShipAny's handling fees and shipping charges are collected through our funding system, and funds are reserved based on the shipping rates set by the merchant.
At the beginning of each month, ShipAny will settle the entire month's records and officially collect the relevant funds.
We recommend that merchants forecast based on last month’s shipping expenses and maintain sufficient funds each month to ensure normal operation of the automation.
When the account balance is insufficient, the system will prompt that the balance is insufficient and the ShipAny waybill cannot be created. Merchants can add funds immediately through the Boutir App, or choose "Rearrange Shipping" to complete the shipment using a customized shipping method.
FAQ
1. Why can’t I change the tracking number?
When a merchant turns on the logistics automation service and the customer selects the corresponding logistics service, the system will automatically generate a waybill number (provided by ShipAny), which the merchant cannot change on its own. If you use the automated service, you only need to click "Notice to pick up the goods at your doorstep", and the logistics staff will come to pick up the goods. The order information will be updated automatically, and the merchant does not need to manually modify the waybill status.
If merchants wish to process individual automated orders themselves, they can use the "Rearrange Shipping" function. For specific operations, please refer to the "Split Order Function".
2. How long does it take to notify you to pick up the goods? Can I come to my door today?
The time for door-to-door pickup depends on the logistics company's arrangements for the day. If you need to receive the goods on the same day, it is recommended to call the logistics company to check first, and then click the "notice to pick up the goods" to avoid delivery delays.
3. How to check the credit records through logistics automation?
In the Boutir App, go to Store Credit in More, click Filter in the upper right, and select the desired expense record.

4. What is the difference between available credit and reserved credit?
- Available credit: Funds remaining in an account that are immediately available for use.
- Reserve credit: After creating an automated waybill, the funds are reserved based on the shipping fee set by the merchant.
Packing list
The packing list is a supplementary document to the invoice and contains information about the merchant, customer and shipment, such as shipment name, delivery details, order date, order number, waybill and store name, etc.
It is common practice to affix the packing slip to the outside of the carton or package while placing a copy on the inside of the package.
