Loyalty Points

Member points are divided into two parts. You can enable earning member points and member points rewards at the same time, or enable only one of them.

Earn Loyalty Points

step:

1. Log in Boutir CMS, click "Loyalty" in "Loyalty points".
2. Click "Edit" to "Earn loyalty points".
3. Fill in the following information:

• Spending amount converted into points ratio
  • HKD (fill in an integer) = 1 point
    • Example: HKD 1 = 1 point

• When will the points be credited to member accounts?
  • After order is completed or
  • Delayed (fill in integer) days
• When do loyalty points expire?
  • Set date

    4. Click "Preview".

    5. Click "Confirm".

Things to note:

• The loyalty points earned this year will expire on the specified date next year.
• When do your loyalty points expire? Expires on the specified date. Most merchants usually set the expiration date in March on next year or later. If the expiration date is January 1st, the points earned on December 31st will expire the next day.

Rewards by Loyalty Points

1. Log in Boutir CMS, click "Loyalty Points" in "Loyalty points".
2. Click "Edit" on "Rewards by loyalty points".
3. Fill in the following information:

• Points to cashback ratio
  • (Fill in an integer) Points = HKD 1
    • Example: 1 point = HKD 1

• *Maximum amount of cashback applied
  • (Fill in an integer) Percentage of order value‍

    4. Click "Preview".

    5. Click "Confirm".

*Maximum amount of cashback applied: Merchants can set the maximum cashback limit (calculated as a percentage) that members can use loyalty points in a single order.

For example, if the order amount is HKD 50, the cash rebate discount limit set by the merchant is 20%, and the member can use a cash rebate equivalent to up to HKD 10 for discount, and the final checkout amount is HKD 40.

Edit Loyalty points

1. Log in Boutir CMS, click "All members" in "People".
2. Click "Edit" at the specific member.
3. Click "Edit loyalty points".
4. Select "+ Grant points" or "- Deduct points."
5. Fill in the points.
6. Select the expire date.
7. Optional: Description
8. Click "Confirm".

• You can click "Loyalty Programme" in the member profile to view it.
