Manage Campaign and Promo Codes
You can also share the discount event link or discount code with your customers via the Share option, or by copying the link and sharing it directly through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, or Email.
Campaigns
From the Boutir CMS, go to Promotions > Campaigns to view all campaign activities, including "Ongoing", "Scheduled" and "Ended".
Promo code
From the Boutir CMS, go to Promotions > Promo Code to view all promo code, including "Active" and "Inactive".
Disable Campaigns and Promo Codes
Campaigns
Steps:
- From the Boutir CMS, go to Promotions > Campaigns.
- Click the campaigns name.
- Click End this campaign.
Promo code
Steps:
- From the Boutir CMS, go to Promotions > Promo code.
- Click the promo code name.
- In the Set active/inactive code section, click Inactive.
- Click Save.
Notes:
- If a customer applies a deactivated promo code to their cart, they will receive an error message and will not be able to check out with the invalid promo code.
- To create a new promo code, please click Disable promo code(s).
Reactivate Deactivated Campaign and Promo Codes
Once the campaign and promo code have ended, they cannot be reactivated.
Please create a new campaign and promo code. For specific operations, please refer to Creating Campaigns.
Delete Campaign and Promo Codes
To make it easier to review your records later, campaigns and promo codes cannot be deleted. You can end them to stop them.
Campaigns
Steps:
- From the Boutir CMS, go to Promotions > Campaigns.
- Click the campaigns name.
- Click End this campaign.
Promo code
Steps:
- From the Boutir CMS, go to Promotions > Promo code.
- Click the promo code name.
- In the Set active/inactive code section, click Inactive.

Reactivate Deactivated Campaign and Promo Codes
Once the campaign and promo code have ended, they cannot be reactivated.
