Setting store materials

step:

  1. Log in Boutir CMS, click "Store Settings" in "Settings".
  2. Edit "Store Information".
  3. Fill in the following information and click "Save".

Store information
  • Store URL
  • Store name
  • Store description (optional)
  • Store logo

Things to note:

  • The store description will appear in "About Us" and in the links you share.
  • Store logo images should be 100(w) x 100(h) JPG or PNG files.

Currency

Please set your store's default currency.

Things to note:

  • If you need to change the main currency settings after opening a store, please contact Boutir Customer Service deal with.

Store design

Please set the primary display language to "Default".

  • Traditional Chinese

  • Indonesian

Store contact information

Once the contact information is confirmed and saved, it will be automatically displayed in the online store description and order email. Customers can see the merchant's contact information in the store.

If merchants are interested in registering to use Google Merchant Center, they must also enter and specify their contact information for approval.

Store language and currency

Boutir stores can be displayed in multiple different languages ​​and can be settled in different currencies before opening the store.

Store language

step:

  1. Log in Boutir CMS, click "Store Settings" in "Account".
  2. Click "Store Information" and select "Store Design".
  3. Turn on the desired language and set the primary display language to "Default".

Things to note:

  • Only partial preset words can be translated, all customized words will not be translated.

Store currency

step:

  1. Log in Boutir CMS, click "Store Settings" in "Account".
  2. Click "Store Information" and select "Store Design".
  3. Click "Currency" and select the desired currency.

Return and Refund Policy

step:

  1. Log in Boutir CMS, click "Store Settings" in "Account".
  2. Edit "Return and Refund Policy".
  3. Enter custom content.

Manage store address

step:

  1. Log in Boutir CMS, click "Store Settings" in "Account".
  2. Edit "Store Address".
  3. Click "Add store address".
  4. Select Country/Region.
  5. Fill in the address.
  6. Choose"State/Province/Region」.
  7. Fill in"city/region

Optional:

  • Postal code

  1. Click "Next"
  2. Fill in "Store name"
  3. Select "The store type is "retail store"/"office"

Optional:

  • Select address on map
  • Business hours
  • telephone number

     1. Click Save.

Things to note:

  • This address will be displayed publicly on the store with a Google Map.

Modify store address

step:

  1. Log in Boutir CMS, click "Store Settings" in "Account".
  2. Edit "Store Address".
  3. Click on the store that needs to be modified to make changes.
  4. Click "Save".

Delete store address

step:

  1. Log in Boutir CMS, click "Store Settings" in "Account".
  2. Edit "Store Address".
  3. Click on the store that needs to be modified to make changes.
  4. Click "Delete Address".
  5. Click "Delete".

Set merchant contact information

Purchase confirmation age statement

step:

  1. Log in Boutir CMS, click "Tools" in "Account".
  2. Install "Google Tag Manager".
  3. Import Google Tag Manager ID.some text
    • If you do not have a Google Tag Manager ID, please refer to "Google Tag Manager" for processing.
  4. Click "Connect".
  5. Enter "GTM-NWGX5CB4" in "Connect Google Tag Manager".
  6. Click "Connect".

Things to note:

  1. After completion, a warning message will be displayed on the home page.
  2. It will only be displayed when a guest views it for the first time, so please use incognito mode when testing.

Set domain name

Regarding domain names, merchants registered with Boutir will default https://xxxxxxx.boutir.com/ as the store’s URL for free.

All merchants who subscribe to our annual fee plan for the first time can get the .store domain for the same number of years as the annual fee plan, or bind the merchant's own domain once.

If monthly fee merchants want to use domain names other than boutir.com, they need to purchase the domain name from a domain name provider (for example: Godaddy, Get.store...), and then pay a one-time binding fee of HKD 200. Binding.

Get a .store domain name

Merchants who subscribe to our annual fee plan for the first time please contact us first Boutir Customer Service Get discount code.

Then follow the steps below to claim your custom .store domain name:

  1. Go to https://get.store , check whether the .store domain you want to create is valid. If it is displayed as unavailable, choose another one. If you have ordered a two-year Palm Store plan, please select “Buy for 2 years”. The domain name is valid for two years.
  2. After selecting the domain name, click "Add to" and then click "Proceed".some text
    • This offer does not include G Suite Email and Positive SSL (please purchase them yourself if needed), please do not click "Select".
  3. Turn off Privacy Protection on the Checkout page.
  4. Enter the one-time discount code in the "Coupon Code" and you will not have to pay for that year.

    • store account login information (login email and password)
    • Purchased .store domain name
    • Boutir registered email
    • If there are emails that need to be bound together, please provide DNS information for us to process together.
  6. After completing the binding,Boutir Customer Service Will notify you.

Things to note:

  • Discount code can only be used once.
  • Binding takes approximately 2-3 working days.
  • get.store will send you an email as verification. You must complete the verification process, otherwise the .store domain name will become invalid in a few days.
  • When creating an account, make sure the email is correct in case you do not receive the verification email. (Email errors will cause the domain name to fail to be verified and become invalid)
  • The free domain name binding service is only available to annual plan users. Each annual fee plan merchant can only enjoy free binding service once. If you are not an annual fee plan user, you will be charged HKD 200 for each binding.
  • If the free .store domain name expires in the first year, the merchant needs to renew it by himself.
