Logistics methods are divided into "delivery", "delivery/smart cabinet" and "pickup in physical store".

These are further divided into automated logistics services or self-processing.

Deliver goods

You can choose automated logistics services or customized delivery methods.

Automatic logistics service delivery method

step:

  1. Log in Boutir CMS, click the "Settings" page and select "Store Settings".
  2. Edit "Shipping Method".
  3. Edit "Shipping".
  4. In automated logistics services, connect "SF Express"/"SF Cold Freight"/"ZTO Express"/"Lalamove".
  5. Edit sender information
  6. Set shipping payment method and shipping cost.
  7. Optional: fill in custom content
  8. Click "Confirm".

Custom shipping method

step:

  1. Log in Boutir CMS, click the "Settings" page and select "Store Settings".
  2. Edit "Shipping Method".
  3. Edit "Shipping".
  4. In Custom Shipping Methods, click "Add Shipping Option."
  5. In the delivery type/name, select "Others"/"SF Cold Shipping"/"ZTO Express"/"Hong Kong Post Express".
  6. Set shipping payment method and shipping cost.
  7. Optional: fill in custom content
  8. Click "Confirm".

SF Cold Transport

In order to meet the needs of merchants for automated processing of frozen, chilled and constant-temperature goods, Boutir provides logistics automation services for door-to-door pickup of SF cold freight.

The temperature zones provided by cold transport services include:

After turning on SF Express Cold Shipping, you need to set the temperature zone in each product. For specific operations, please refer to "Product Options—Storage Temperature".

First time setup

step:

  1. contact Boutir Customer Service Apply.
  2. Provide the following information to Boutir Customer Service

Start SF cold shipping

step:

  1. Boutir Customer Service confirm service activation and log in Boutir CMS, click the "Settings" page and select "Store Settings".
  2. Edit "Shipping Method".
  3. Edit "Shipping".
  4. Click "Management—SF Cold Shipping" and click "Skip".
  5. Set shipping payment method and shipping cost.
  6. Optional: fill in custom content
  7. Click "Confirm".

After turning on the cold shipping settings, you need to select the option to save temperatures in the product settings and specify the required temperature for each product. For specific operations, please refer to "Product Details—Storage Temperature".

Things to note:

  • Products in different temperature zones cannot be checked out in the same order, and customers need to place separate orders. If the customer selects products in different temperature zones, the system will display an error message and the checkout will not be possible.

Delivery/smart cabinet

You can choose automated logistics services or customized delivery methods.

Automatic logistics service delivery method

step:

  1. Log in Boutir CMS, click the "Settings" page and select "Store Settings".
  2. Edit "Shipping Method".
  3. Edit "Shipping".
  4. In the automated logistics service, connect "Smart Cabinet/Service Point"/"Hong Kong Post Self-Pickup Service"/"Zhongtong Self-Pickup".
  5. Edit sender information
  6. Set shipping payment method and shipping cost.
  7. Optional: fill in custom content
  8. Click "Confirm".

Custom shipping method

step:

  1. Log in Boutir CMS, click the "Settings" page and select "Store Settings".
  2. Edit "Shipping Method".
  3. Edit "Shipping".
  4. In the customized "Settlement/Self-Pickup" option, click "Add New Settlement/Self-Pickup Option".
  5. In the "Settlement/Self-Pickup" method, select "Others (please specify)"/"Personal Delivery"/"Delivery Service"/"Hong Kong Post Self-Pickup Service"/"Zhongtong Self-Pickup".
  6. Set shipping payment method and shipping cost.
  7. Optional: fill in custom content
  8. Click "Confirm".

Pick up in store

step:

  1. Log in Boutir CMS, click the "Settings" page and select "Store Settings".
  2. Edit "Shipping Method".
  3. Edit "Store Pickup".
  4. In store pickup, click "Add store address".
  5. Fill in the store name, select the store type (retail store/office), fill in the retail store opening hours, phone number and complete address.
  6. Optional: Fill out in-store pickup instructions (will appear on shipping method and checkout page).
  7. Turn on "Enable in-store pickup".

international shipping

Please note: You need to arrange your own logistics company for international delivery.

step:

  1. Log in Boutir CMS, click the "Settings" page and select "Store Settings".
  2. Edit "Shipping Method".
  3. Edit "Shipping" (International).
  4. In International Shipping, click "Add Shipping Option."
  5. Fill in the name of the shipping method.
  6. Set shipping costs and pay shipping costs at checkout.
  7. Optional: Fill in the [Description] content
  8. Click "Confirm".

Mix multiple shipping methods

Customers cannot choose to ship some items and pick them up at the same time in the same order. To do this, customers must submit two orders.

After the customer places an order, you can also use "Rearrange Shipping" to process it.

Things to note:

  • "Rearrange shipping" is only available for advanced plans and one-stop live streaming plans.

  2. Tap "Add Option".
  3. Fill in the name of the custom shipping method.
  4. Select Shipping Checkout Methodsome text
    • "Freight charges are paid at checkout" and/or
    • "Freight collect"
    • "Accept payment on delivery (product payment plus shipping fee)"
  5. Select the calculation method in Shipping billing method.some text
    • "Fixed shipping fee" or
    • "Charge by weight"
  6. Enter the amount in the Shipping fee field.
  7. Optional: Enter a description in the Description field.
  8. Tap "Save".
  9. Select to turn on "Delivery date and time".some text
    • Delivery time
    • Delivery datesome text
      • Booking day (Sunday/Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday/Saturday)
      • Designated day (select a designated day for delivery within the next 7/14/21 days)
      • Customized (please provide delivery arrangements via text)
  10. Tap "Save".
  11. If necessary, fill in "Remarks".
  12. Tap "Save".

  • Shipping costs and instructions are displayed on the checkout page and in the shipping method list.

SF Cold Transport

  4. Select Shipping Checkout Methodsome text
    • "Freight charges are paid at checkout" and/or
    • "Freight collect"
  5. Select the calculation method in Shipping billing method.some text
    • "Fixed shipping" or "charge based on weight"
  6. Enter the amount in the Shipping fee field.
  7. Optional: Enter a description in the Description field.
  8. tap "Save".
  9. Turn on "Logistics Automation".
  10. Tap "Save".

Things to note:

  • Shipping costs and instructions are displayed on the checkout page and in the shipping method list.

Custom shipping method

step:

  1. Log in to the Boutir App and tap "Delivery" in "More".
  2. Tap "Add Option".
  3. Choose a custom shipping method.some text
    • "Takkyubin"
    • "Face to face"
    • "Others (please specify)"
  4. Select Shipping Checkout Methodsome text
    • "Freight charges are paid at checkout" and/or
    • "Freight collect"
    • "Accept payment on delivery (product payment plus shipping fee)"
  5. Select the calculation method in Shipping billing method.some text
    • "Fixed shipping fee" or
    • "Charge by weight"
  6. Enter the amount in the Shipping fee field.
  7. Optional: Enter a description in the Description field.
  8. Tap "Save".
  9. Optional: Enter the URL in the "Add a URL for customers to obtain pickup point information (if applicable)" field.
  10. Tap "Save".

Things to note:

  • Shipping costs, descriptions, and new URLs will appear on the checkout page and in the shipping method list.

Pick up in store

step:

  1. Log in to the Boutir App and tap "Delivery" in "More".
  2. Select "pick up in store".
  3. Turn on "Enable in-store pickup".
  4. Edit "In-Store Pickup Instructions".
  5. You can tap "Manage" in "Store Address" to check whether each store accepts in-store pickup.
  6. Tap "Edit"some text
    • "Add store address"
    • Enable or disable in-store pickup for this store
    • Add or edit notes
  7. Tap "Save".

international shipping

Please note: You need to arrange your own logistics company for international delivery.

step:

  1. Log in to the Boutir App and tap "Delivery" in "More".
  2. Select "International Shipping".
  3. Tap "Add Option".
  4. Fill in the name of the custom shipping method.
  5. Turn on "Freight Checkout".
  6. Select the calculation method in Shipping billing method.some text
    • "Fixed shipping fee" or
    • "Charge by weight"
  7. Enter the amount in the Shipping fee field.
  8. Optional: Enter a description in the Description field.
  9. Tap "Save".
