After logging in, customers can view their orders and edit their member information.
Member information is automatically populated during checkout, providing a faster and more efficient checkout experience.
For stores on the advanced plan or Video Commerce plan, customers can also use the loyalty points function.

Member account registration and login
After customers click Login/Register in the store, they can choose any of the following methods to register a member account, which will also serve as their login method:
- Username registration: Username + Password > Full Name + Email
- Facebook registration: username + email
- Google Signup: Gmail
- Mobile phone number registration: mobile phone number + verification code
Note:
- If a member forgets their login method, you can view the member's Login Method under People > All members.
If customers already have a membership account in your store, they can log in directly without re-registering. After entering their phone number or email address, they will receive a one-time, six-digit verification code that they need to enter to log in. If logging in with a phone number, the verification code will be sent via SMS and email.
If a customer logs in with different information than previously used, the system will automatically create a new member account.
For example, if a customer originally registered with a phone number but later attempts to log in using their email address, a new account will be created.
For easier management, it is recommended to use the "Merge Accounts" function to consolidate multiple accounts.
Notes:
- Each registration method creates a separate membership account.
- Customers imported into the system will create a new member account if they choose a different login method, even if they already have an existing account.
How do members modify their membership information?
If members need to change the following information, they need to log in and process it in the "Manage Account" section.
- Member name
- Member phone number
- Member email address
- Member’s last name
- Member’s birthday date
- Whether to receive email subscription settings
Steps:
- Click Login/Register in the store.
- After logging into your account, click on your member's name.
- Select Manage Account and click Edit.
- After finishing modifying the data, select Save.
Notes:
- Member names are not the same as usernames. In the remittance order record, orders placed before a member changes their name will not be updated to reflect the new name.
- If a member does not provide a phone number and changes their email address to a non-Gmail address, they will no longer be able to log in.
- Any changes to member details, such as name or email, will take effect immediately.
- The member's birthday cannot be modified after it has been set.
Members view order records and loyalty points
After Logging In:
- Customers can click "Manage Account" to view available points, corresponding cash rebates, order records, and points history.
- Members can modify their personal information by clicking "Edit" to change their name, phone number, or email address.
Notes:
- Login information cannot be changed. For example, if the phone number is used as the login method, the phone number cannot be changed directly; only the member's contact number can be updated.
- When a member registers with a phone number, the system defaults their name to USERXXXX (where XXXX represents the last four digits of their phone number). Members can change this name if desired.

Order Notifications Received by Customers
Customers will receive notifications via email after placing an order and whenever the order status changes. Additionally, if the merchant has activated WhatsApp notifications, the system will automatically send order updates to customers via WhatsApp.
Email Notifications
- Merchants can refer to this link to view email samples.
- The merchant's email address will appear in the notification email. If the merchant updates their login email address, the new email address will be reflected in all future notifications.
- The "Order Completed" email includes a link inviting customers to leave a product review.
- Members can also leave reviews in the "Order Record" section.

Once the merchant activates the service, customers will receive the following WhatsApp notifications:
- Order Confirmation
- Shipping Status
- Pickup Notification
- Completed Pickup
- Order Cancellation
- Prompt Transfer
- Transfer Received
- Expired Order
