How to enter the "Insights" page

1. Merchants can log in to your Boutir store web backend https://www.boutir.com/business/zh-HK/login and select Videos > Manage Videos. The system will automatically direct the browser to the merchant's corresponding Firework platform account.

2. After logging in to your account in Firework, please go to the channel related to the online store and click "Insights" > "Performance"

Here you should pay attention to:

  • Thumbnail CTR - Use this to know the percentage of times netizens saw the cover and clicked on the video. If the ratio is too short, it may be that the title or cover is not attractive enough to arouse their interest in watching your video.
  • Avg Watch Time - Use this to know how much time viewers spend on average watching this video; if the average time is too short, or the proportion of completed viewings is too small, it may be because:
  • The title or cover does not match the content of the video
  • Video length is too long
  • The content is not attractive enough
  • CTA CTR - Use this to know the percentage of times the audience watched the video and clicked the call-to-action button; similarly, if the video content is not attractive enough, the results may not be consistent with the ideal

Through the above indicators, you can find out the reasons why the video is not effective in attracting potential customers to take action, and then take appropriate measures to improve the shortcomings of the video.

Edit live videos into short videos

Merchants can log in to your Boutir store web backend https://www.boutir.com/business/zh-HK/login and select Videos > Manage Videos. The system will automatically direct the browser to the merchant's corresponding Firework platform account.
