"Modify order" is only available to merchants who subscribe to the "Advanced Plan" and the "Video Commerce Plan".

Merchants can adjust the following order content after placing an order. Please refer to "Modify Orders" for specific operations.

  • Add and remove products
  • Adjust product quantity
  • Adjust shipping costs
  • Adjust discount
  • Change shipping method
  • Charge extra

Steps: (web)

  1. From the Boutir CMS, go to 「Order」。
  2. Select the unshipped order and click Modify Order
  1. Edit the items that need to be modified: some textsome text
    1. Add existing products
    2. Add a custom item (this item will not be put on the shelves and can only be used within the order)
    3. Change product price and quantity (the changed price is only applicable to this order)
    4. Modify shipping cost
    5. Customized additional charges
    6. Customized additional discounts
    7. Fill in the reason for modification
    8. Add a note
  1. Press OK when finished
  1. Before final confirmation of changes, merchants can choose whether to notify customers of order changes via email. (Please evaluate whether you need to notify customers.)

Things to note:

  • The originally set discount will not be applied to the modified order
  • Merchants need to handle the order difference themselves
  • If you need to change the logistics method, please refer to "Rearrange Shipping"
  • Orders cannot be modified after shipment is confirmed. If necessary, please use Cancel Order

Charge extra money

Split order function

Use the "Rearrange Shipping" function to split the shipping method of each item in the order.

Please note: This feature is only available for orders using automated delivery methods (i.e. Shipany/ Lalamove auto/Alfred auto) in the first phase, and will be fully open in the second phase.  

step:

  1. Log in Boutir CMS, click "Paid" in "Orders".
  2. Click on Unshipped Orders.
  3. Click "More Operations" in "Waybill".
  4. Click "Rearrange shipping (shipping in separate orders)".
  5. Enter the quantity of items to be rearranged as 0.
  6. Fill in new shipping information.
  7. Click "Confirm".
  8. Click "Arrange Shipping" to process other items.
  9. Enter the quantity of items to be rearranged as 0.
  10. Click "Create New Waybill" in the shipping schedule or merge it into an existing waybill.
  11. Fill in new shipping information.
  12. Click "Confirm".

Repeat steps 8-12 until all items are separated.

Things to note:

  • Any freight adjustments caused after splitting the order must be handled by the customer themselves.
  • An order can be split into up to 10 waybills.
  • Completed orders cannot be "rescheduled for shipment."
