Understanding your Boutir bill
Bill Types:
- Subscription: Fee for the subscription plan.
- Order Notification by WhatsApp Message Fee: If this service is enabled, each message incurs a charge of HKD 0.15.
- Credit: Used for logistics automation expenses and/or advertising costs.
- System Maintenance Fee: Applicable to some merchants. Once the accumulated transaction amount reaches HKD 200,000, a fee of 0.5% (for annual fee merchants) or 1% (for monthly fee merchants) will be applied. *Starting from July 1, 2024, newly subscribed merchants will be exempt from system maintenance fees during their subscription period.
Viewing or exporting your Boutir bills (Invoice)
Subscription
Steps:
- From the Boutir CMS, go to Accounts > Accounts & Subscriptions.
- In the Billing section, click Billing history.
- Click View invoice.
If necessary, please download the "invoice" yourself.
Order Notification by WhatsApp Message Fee
The system will send out the usage summary for that month on the last day of each month. You can view the details through the attachment in the email.
Credit
(Only applicable to Boutir App operation)
Steps:
- From the Boutir App, tap Credit Icon.
- Tap the Spreadsheet Icon.
- Select the data to be exported.
- Tap Confirm Export.
- Tap Export.
The relevant information will be sent to your email.
System Maintenance Fee
Steps:
- From the Boutir CMS, go to Accounts > Accounts & Subscriptions.
- In the Billing section, click Billing history.
- In the GMV collection period section, click View invoice or Download details.
If necessary, please download the "Invoice" and "Detailed Information" yourself.

- Available credit refers to the amount after deducting "reserved credit" from "total credit".
- Reserved credit will vary based on your advertising settings and spending.
You can check the details through the credit history.

- Select the data to be exported.
- Tap Confirm Export.
- Tap Export.

Notes:
- Credit can only be added via credit card.
- The system will automatically notify you if there are enough credit to pay for advertising or shipping costs.
- Advertising fees refunded by Facebook and Google will be credited back to available credit.
- All unused credit will not be refunded.
- The minimum amount for each top-up is HKD 100.
