Add new products
- Log in Boutir CMS, click "Product List" in "Products".
- click "Add new products"。
- Enter the product name, original price, inventory, availability status, product visibility status, and any other additions you want to add Details。
- click "Save".
Add products using Boutir Intelligent Sales Assistant
Setting up the Boutir Intelligent Sales Assistant for the first time
- Log in Boutir CMS, click "Settings" in "Account".
- click "Tools" and then select "Set up Boutir Intelligent Sales Assistant".
- Enter the WhatsApp phone number you want to connect to and click Connect.
- Confirm the connection request on WhatsApp at that phone number.
Things to note:
- Only one phone number can be connected to each online store. If you try to connect to another online store using the same phone number, the existing connection will be automatically disconnected.
- If you need to change your phone number, click "Disconnect" and repeat the above steps.
Add products using Boutir Intelligent Sales Assistant
- Log in to Boutir Express and select a few product photos
- Enter the following command in the chat box: /new product name $original price x inventory
- click "Send".
example:
/new Apple $8 x100
Add items with options (items with the same original price/stock)
example:
/new Apple opt Origin: United States x100 $8 / New Zealand x100 $8
Add products with options (products with different original prices/stocks)
example:
/new Apple opt Origin: United States x100 $8 / New Zealand x50 $10
Copy product
- Log in Boutir management interface, click "Product List" in "Products".
- Select the product you want to copy.
- click "Actions" and select "Copy Product".
- click "Confirm".
The copied product will be displayed as "### Product Name" in the generated list, and will be pinned to the top or sorted behind the pinned product.
- click on the copied item.
- Optional: Change product name, original price, inventory, shelf status and product public status, and add othersDetails。
- click "Save".
Things to note:
- Copied products are in "off the shelf" status by default. If you want to put it on the shelves, please set the status to "On the shelves".
- Make sure you've edited it or check that other product details meet the requirements.
- Copying a product will automatically generate a new QR code.
Edit product
Edit a single product
- Log in Boutir CMS, click "Product List" in "Products".
- Click on the product you want to edit.
- Edit product details.
- Click "Save".
Things to note:
- Modified products will automatically generate new QR codes.
Edit bulk items
- Log in BoutirCMS, click "Product List" in "Products".
- Click "Import/Update with Excel".
- Click "Download Product Import Template Here" to download the Excel file.
- Modify product information in the downloaded Excel file.
- Once completed, click "Add/Update Product" and upload the file.
- Click "Next". (If there are any failed products, please make modifications according to the reasons for the failure, and then upload again after completion.)
- Click "Upload".
Things to note:
- Fill in the product information according to the template format and save it as an .xlsx file.
- Please prepare xlsx files, do not upload files in other formats.
- Do not add or remove columns.
- Please do not change the link and product number information and need to retain it.
- If using a photo that has been uploaded to a platform such as Dropbox or Google Photos, copy and paste the image URL into the file. (We don’t recommend using Facebook photos)
- Modified products will automatically generate new QR codes.

- Only use .xlsx format, do not upload other formats.
- Do not add or remove columns, the link and item ID should remain and remain the same.

Delete product
You can delete a single product or delete multiple products in batches.
Once deleted, the item will be permanently removed from Boutir and cannot be restored.
If you only want to hide the product temporarily, please set its listing status to "Off Shelf" or the product visibility setting to "Unlisted". Please refer to "Product Options" for specific operations.
Delete a single product
- Log in Boutir CMS, click "Product List" in "Products".
- Click on the product you want to delete.
- Click "Action" and select "Delete Product".
- Click "Save".
Things to note:
- Once the product is confirmed to be deleted, it will be permanently removed and cannot be restored.
Delete bulk items
- Log in Boutir CMS, click "Product List" in "Products".
- Click "Export to Excel" and then click "Download here".
- In Excel, keep the items you want to delete and save them as a new file.
- Return to "Product List" in "Products" and click "Import/Update in Excel".
- Click Delete, then click Next.
Please carefully check the results of uploading files. If modifications are required, please return to step 3 to re-edit the file and upload it.
6. After confirming that it is correct, click "Delete" and then click "OK".
Things to note:
- Please only keep the product items that need to be kept and save them as new files.
- Please do not upload the Excel exported in step 2, as this will cause all items to be deleted and cannot be restored.
- The products in the Excel file will be deleted along with all product options.
- If you accidentally delete a product that needs to be retained, please use the "Link" and "Product Number" data in the original download file and re-upload it through "Import/Update with Excel". Please refer to "Add Bulk Products" for specific operations.
- Once the product is confirmed to be deleted, it will be permanently removed and cannot be restored.
- Export files can be in .csv or .xlsx format.
Share product link
- Log in Boutir CMS, click "Product List" in "Products".
- Click the "Share Button" in "Share".
- Click "Copy" to get the product page link.
- You can share the copied link on any social media platform.
Manage customer reviews (products)
Customers can use the "Leave Comments" at the bottom of the webpage or the "Customer Reviews" in the order email to have a conversation about your store and products.
Customer reviews are automatically displayed on web pages and products.
Manage comments (Boutir App only)
When customers "raise comments" at the bottom of the page, the system will send relevant content to your email address. You can reply directly to the message in this email, and the reply content will be displayed on the web page and product.
You can also respond to comments within the Boutir App.
step:
- Log in to Boutir App and tap "Order".
- Tap "..." in the upper left corner.
- Select "Customer Reviews".
- Tap "Reply", fill in the content, and then tap "Done".
- Tap "Save".
Things to note:
- You can edit the response content at any time. Once you find the content, tap "Edit" to modify it.
Hide customer reviews (Boutir App only)
You cannot delete customer reviews, but you can choose to hide them to effectively manage store reviews and maintain your store's image.

- Select "Customer Reviews".
- In the comment that needs to be hidden, tap "Hide" and then tap "Confirm".
Things to note:

Manage customer reviews (products)
