Understanding Discount Rules

Exclude this product from campaigns or promo code

You can decide whether a product participates in campaign activities and/or promo codes when adding a product or creating campaigns or promo codes.

It is recommended to set these preferences consistently across products for easier future management."

In-product settings

‍

Steps:

1. From the Boutir CMS, go to Products >Product list.
2. Click Create Product.
3. Enter the product title, original price, stock, product listing status, publish status, and any other additions you want to add.
4. In 11. Exclude this product from campaigns or promo code section, click Yes and select the following options. (You can select multiple)
   • Exclude from all campaigns (except shipping discount)
   • Exclude from shipping discount campaign
   • Exclude from promo code
5. Click Save.

Notes:

• You can export the product list to see which products have been configured.
• These items will be displayed in the store with a 'Fixed Price' tag for easy identification, and this tag cannot be removed.

Campaign

Steps:

1. From the Boutir CMS, go to Promotions >Campaigns.
2. Click Create and select the campaigns.
3. In the Exclude Products section, click Specific products.
4. Click Add.
   • Selected product(s) (999)
   • Selected category(s) (20)
   • Selected hashtag(s) (20)
5. Click Preview.
6. Click Save.

Promo Code

‍

Steps:

1. From the Boutir CMS, go to Promotions > Promo code.
2. Click Create.
3. In the Apply to section, click Selected product(s).
4. Click Add.
5. Click Preview.
6. Click Save.

Note:

• These items will be displayed in the store with a 'Fixed Price' tag for easy identification, and this tag cannot be removed.

Advanced Bundle Discount

Applicable to Advanced Plan and Video Commerce Plan only.

Steps:

1. From the Boutir CMS, go to Promotions >Campaigns.
2. Click Create and select Advanced Bundle Discount.
3. Fill in the following information:

• Campaign name
• Applies to
  • All products or
  • Specific products (click Add to add products)
    • Selected product(s) (999)
    • Selected category(s) (20)
    • Selected hashtag(s) (20)
• ‍Target audience
  • All customers
  • All members
  • Member tiers
  • Specific members (click Add, select the member and click Confirm.)

• Purchase requirements and offers
  • ‍Discount %
    • Enter purchase quantity and discount percentage.
    • Minimum 1 piece or more, maximum 5 pieces or more.
    • Such as minimum 2 pieces or more, maximum 6 pieces or more, and so on.
    • The entered number must be an integer, and the discount must be larger than the previous level.‍
  • Cash deduction -$
    • Enter purchase quantity and discount amount.
    • Minimum 1 piece or more, maximum 5 pieces or more.
    • Such as minimum 2 pieces or more, maximum 6 pieces or more, and so on.
    • The entered number must be an integer, and the discount must be larger than the previous level.
  • ‍Combo discount $
    • Enter purchase quantity and combo discount amount.
    • Minimum 1 piece or more, maximum 5 pieces or more.
    • Such as minimum 2 pieces or more, maximum 6 pieces or more, and so on.
    • The entered number must be an integer, and the discount must be larger than the previous level.
• Effective date (click OK after setting the start date and end date.)

4. Click Preview.
5. Click Confirm.

Notes:

• Once the campaigns starts, you cannot modify the start date, but you can extend the end date or end the promotional offer at any time.
• There is a total limit of 50 product discounts and Advanced Bundle Discount.

First Purchase Offer

Steps:

1. From the Boutir CMS, go to Promotions >Campaigns.
2. Click Create and select First Purchase Offer.
3. Fill in the following information:

• Campaign name
• Purchase requirement
  • No
  • Yes
    • Enter the minimum purchase amount.
• Offer
  • Enter the discount percentage.
  • Exclude current discounted/member price products
• Exclude products from
  • Not applicable
  • Specific products (click Add to add products)
    • Selected product(s) (999)
    • Selected category(s) (20)
    • Selected hashtag(s) (20)
• ‍Target audience
  • First time purchase members

• Effective date (click OK after setting the start date and end date.)

4. Click Preview.
5. Click Confirm.

Note:

• Once the campaign starts, you cannot modify the start date, but you can extend the end date or end the promotional offer at any time.

Order Discount

Steps:

1. From the Boutir CMS, go to Promotions >Campaigns.
2. Click Create and select Order Discount.
3. Fill in the following information:

• Campaign name
• Target audience
  • All customers
  • All members
  • By tiers
  • By individuals selectively
    • All tiers
    • All members
    • With pending carts in last 7 days
    • New members in last 7 days
    • Net spending
• Purchase requirement
  • No
  • Yes
    • Enter the minimum purchase amount.
• Offer
  • Discount %
  • Cash coupon
  • Exclude current discounted/member price products

• Exclude products from
  • Not applicable
  • Specific products (click Add to add products)some text

• Effective date (click OK after setting the start date and end date.)
• Promote through email

4. Click Preview.

Notes:

• Once the campaign starts, you cannot modify the start date, but you can extend the end date or end the promotional offer at any time.
• An email will be sent to members who agree to keep them updated on your campaign when it starts.

Shipping Discount

Steps:

1. From the Boutir CMS, go to Promotions >Campaigns.
2. Click Create and select Shipping Discount.
3. Fill in the following information:

• Campaign name

  • Yes
    • Minimum purchase

      • Minimum number of products
• Need to set the maximum delivery discount amount you can offer?

Free Gift Campaign

Steps:

1. From the Boutir CMS, go to Promotions >Campaigns.
2. Click Create and select Free Gift Campaign.
3. Fill in the following information:

• Campaign name
• ‍Target audience
  • All customers
  • All members
  • Member tiers
  • Specific members (click Add, select the member and click Confirm.)

• Purchase requirement
  • Minimum purchase
  • Required product
    • Selected product(s) (click Add to add products and click Add to list)

• Offer
  • Required product
    • Selected product(s) (click Add to add products and click Add to list)

• Effective date (click OK after setting the start date and end date.)

4. Click Preview.
5. Click Confirm.

Product Discount

Steps:

1. From the Boutir CMS, go to Promotions >Campaigns.
2. Click Create and select Product Discount.
3. Fill in the following information:

• Campaign name
• ‍Target audience
  • All customers
  • All members
  • Member tiers
  • Specific members (click Add, select the member and click Confirm.)

• Purchase requirement
  
  • Required product
    • Selected product(s) (click Add to add products and click Add to list)
• Offer
  • ‍Discount %
  • Cash coupon

• Effective date (click OK after setting the start date and end date.)

4. Click Preview.
5. Click Confirm.

Add-on Deals

Steps:

1. From the Boutir CMS, go to Promotions >Campaigns.
2. Click Create and select Add-on Deals.
3. Fill in the following information:

• Campaign name
• ‍Target audience
  • All customers
  • All members
  • Member tiers
  • Specific members (click Add, select the member and click Confirm.)

• Purchase requirement
  • ‍Minimum purchase
    • No
    • Yes
      • Minimum purchase
  • Required product

    • Customers can buy single item only

4. Click Preview.
5. Click Confirm.

Promo Code

Steps:

1. From the Boutir CMS, go to Promotions > Promo code.
2. Click Create.
3. Fill in the following information:

• Promo code name
• Applies to
  • All products or
  • Specific products (click Add to add products)
    • Selected product(s) (999)
    • Selected category(s) (20)
    • Selected hashtag(s) (20)
• ‍Target audience
  • All customers
  • All members
  • Member tiers
  • Specific members (click Add, select the member and click Confirm.)
